I partner with individuals to discover their unique way through their life challenges to experience more resilience, hope, and meaning. Working with ways that cultural and family histories, including our big and little traumas, shape responses to challenges, individuals can develop more satisfying relationships and emotional freedom. These benefits are especially supportive of parents in the prenatal, birth, and postpartum periods and in the years beyond. As a writer, as well as a psychotherapist, I am able to incorporate therapeutic writing as a part of the the co-creative therapy process, with those who choose.
